Warranty Policy (for electronic devices)

1. Warranty Coverage:

We warrant that your electronic device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

2. Warranty Benefits:

During the Warranty Period, if the Product exhibits defects covered by this warranty, we will, at its discretion:

1. Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts.
2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit.

3. Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
3. Products with serial numbers or labels that have been removed or altered.
4. Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions provided in the product manual.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure:

You will be required to provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and the original receipt.

5. Warranty Service:

If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective Product.

The cost of shipping the Product to our service center will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product.

7. Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.

 

8. Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of India.

 

9. Warranty Duration:

This warranty is effective as of the date of purchase and will remain in force for a period of 6 months.
